Then there's a the apparenet offending program name: "Cooliris for Internet Explorer". ![]() When it was setting up, it stopped with a dialog box with the message that "We couldn't uninstall these apps." It further explains that "You'll need to remove these apps yourself,Īnd then select Refresh. I'm trying to run the Windows 10 Update to get to build 1803.
